1. What are the hours and days of operation?
We are open from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM on all days except on Sundays.
2. What payment methods do you offer?
You may use Net-banking, Credit Card, Debit Card & Cash on Delivery [COD] to make your purchase. Caffè Basket accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit/debit cards.
3. How can I be assured of the beverages and food quality?
At Caffè Basket, quality of the product delivered to the customers has the highest priority. Usage of high quality Italian machines and peripheral equipments enable us to make quality products which are delivered to you.
4. What kind of beverages and food items do you deliver?
We have many Hot Coffees and Cold Coffee and Shakes and Snacks options available for your selection. We also have Desserts and Food Items to go along with them.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery of the order takes a maximum of 30 mins to 45 mins. Delivering the best cafe-at-your-door experience is our mantra.
6. What is the order cancellation process at the Caffè Basket?
Cancellation request can only be acknowledged by Caffè Basket if the particular order has not been processed and dispatched by us.
7. What is your refund policy?
Return of product and/or Refund can only be initiated for cases where customer has received incorrect or damaged product from Caffè Basket.
A normal refund takes place anytime between 3-5 working days for the amount to reflect back in your account or PAYTM WALLET.
